CASTROL VECTON

Modern trucks use new technologies to make as much as 30% higher torque, but that also brings higher engine temperatures and pressures. This can lead to accelerated oxidation and oil thickening, increased build-up of deposits, and rapid depletion of the oil’s acid-controlling reserves. All of which pushes the oil closer to breakdown and reduces useful oil life.

Castrol VECTON with System Pro Technology™ delivers up to 45% extra performance reserve1 that fights oil breakdown by helping to control oxidation, reduce deposits, neutralise harmful acids, and also adapts to higher temperatures, maintaining viscosity. Castrol VECTON FUEL SAVER – Fully synthetic diesel engine oils that gave up to 1% fuel saving in a Euro V engine using the European Transient Cycle test when compared to a modern top tier 15W-40 engine oil. They also have an excellent performance at low temperatures.
Castrol VECTON LONG DRAIN – Fully synthetic (SAE 10W-40) and part synthetic (SAE 10W-30) diesel engine oils which have been tested for extended drains up to 120,000 km2.

CASTROL SHL

Castrol Spheerol SHL 00 is a semi-fluid synthetic (PAO) lubricant that can be used for the lubrication of truck wheel hub assemblies where minimal leakage is desired and long service life is essential. Castrol SHL 00 can help alleviate oil leakage from wheel seals that can damage brake shoes, increase maintenance costs and affect the overall safety of the unit. Castrol SHL 00 can be utilized in many types of wheel end systems designed for oil and many systems using
conventional greases.
